HeatScope does not collect:

• Uploaded designs
• Screenshots
• Heatmaps
• Personal files
• Messages
• Payment information

All design analysis runs locally on your Mac.

2. Analytics

HeatScope uses TelemetryDeck to understand how the app is used and improve the product.

TelemetryDeck anonymizes analytics data and does not collect personally identifiable information. Analytics may include:

• App version
• Device type
• Country or region
• macOS version
• Feature usage
• Anonymous event data

3. Apple Intelligence Features

Some HeatScope features may rely on Apple Intelligence capabilities available on supported Apple silicon Macs running macOS Sequoia 15.1 or later. (Apple Support)

4. Data Sharing

HeatScope does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or third parties.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect anonymous usage data and app related information.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Choices

You may disable analytics collection inside the app settings if such an option is available in future updates.

You may also uninstall the app at any time.
