Welcome to HeatScope. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using HeatScope, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

HeatScope is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Supported Devices

HeatScope is designed for macOS devices with Apple silicon, including Macs with M1, M2, M3, M4, or later chips.

Certain features may require Apple Intelligence, which is available on supported Apple silicon Macs running macOS Sequoia 15.1 or later. (Apple Support)

3. License and Usage

HeatScope grants you a limited, non transferable, non exclusive license to use the app for personal or business purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the app
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
  • Attempt to bypass any usage limits, activation checks, or licensing restrictions
  • Use HeatScope for unlawful purposes

4. Trial Access

HeatScope may include a limited free trial experience. Trial limits, features, and restrictions may change at any time without notice.

5. Payments and Upgrades

HeatScope may offer paid upgrades, one time purchases, or premium features.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Refund Policy

HeatScope does not offer refunds for digital purchases, upgrades, or license activations.

Users are encouraged to try the free version before purchasing.

7. Analytics and Privacy

HeatScope may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app, identify issues, and understand feature usage.

We use TelemetryDeck for privacy friendly analytics. TelemetryDeck does not collect personally identifiable information and anonymizes user data using hashing and salting techniques. (TelemetryDeck)

8. Availability

We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue parts of HeatScope at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

HeatScope is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Lost profits
  • Device issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app

Documentation and setup instructions are included with the app.
